Ameritel continuously impresses upon its salespeople and agents that continuing education regarding the plans services and products that they are selling are of the utmost importance to their personal success and of our business continuity.

We have built a state of the art training facility that allows us to train up to 70 of our sales representatives in one setting. At our training facility, we have the unique benefit of training our staff and agents on a continuous basis without the necessity and inconvenience of looking for conference rooms, meeting halls or reliance on outside parties. It has proven to be the ideal setting where agents come to learn and develop themselves. Manufacturers such as Samsung, Blackberry, and Nokia have given presentations on new handsets to boost their sales among our stores. We also work side by side with trainers from T-Mobile at our facility.

We use our training facility for gatherings such as employee appreciation events where awards are given to recognize our top sales representatives.
